Terms: All merchandise is shipped C.O.D. unless charged to an American Express, Master Card, or Visa account. All C.O.D. orders are sent on a "cash or certified check" basis, unless previous arrangements have been.
Shipments: F.O.B. Upland, California. Lamb Components, Inc. use Federal Express and U.P.S. as shipping companies. Unless otherwise specified, the most economical means of ground shipment (U.P.S.) will be utilized. Air shipments, along with a carrier preference, must be specified at time of order.
Foreign Shipments: Unless restricted by law, Lamb Components, Inc. will ship to foreign customers. Full purchase price (in U.S. currency) must accompany the order. C.O.D. shipments cannot be made to foreign customers. Name of desired freight carrier, customs broker, and all required import/export documents must be included with the order.
Claims: Damage claims, open or concealed, must be made to freight forwarder. Claims for shortages must be made to Lamb Components, Inc. within five (5) days of receipt of order.
To Top Returns: Formal consent must be obtained from Lamb Components, Inc. before any merchandise can be returned. Special-order parts and springs are not returnable. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge if an error has not been made on our part.
Ordering: Orders may be placed via telephone, fax, website or mail. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST).
Warranty: All items manufactured by Lamb Components, Inc. are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon delivery. Additional warranties are detailed by product, if applicable. On products not manufactured by Lamb Components, Inc., refer to the policies and procedures set forth by the original manufacturer.
To Top Liability: The products manufactured by Lamb Components, Inc. are designed for racing use only. As such, extreme caution should be exercised. Under no circumstances shall Lamb Components, Inc. be held responsible for incidental or consequential damage arising from, or in connection with, the installation or use of any Lamb product.
